There was a fear I knew I had to address the fear of being judged for what I speak and how I speak. In today’s world, communication matters a lot. Someone recommended this course to me, and from the very beginning, each session felt thoughtfully planned. They were engaging, fun, and deeply reflective.

With every session, I noticed a shift. I felt more confident, more energetic, and less inhibited while speaking in front of others. I began putting my points across with greater clarity.

I’ve always had a lot of thoughts and ideas at work, but earlier they came out in an unstructured way and weren’t taken very seriously. The frameworks and methods I learned helped me articulate those ideas in the right way.

What I really appreciated was how the course was curated. It never felt like traditional studying. There was no pressure to mug things up and then practise. It was learning that felt natural, engaging, and practical.

I also became aware that I wasn’t taking enough risks for my team or my work because I wasn’t communicating effectively with CXOs or agencies. That lack of communication was holding my team back.

After completing the course, I developed the confidence to put my ideas across clearly, across all channels. This helped me, and it helped my team as well. I could see a clear and remarkable change in how things worked at my workplace.
