I am deeply thankful to Kapable for helping me become a confident speaker. The classes focused on an overall development of skills including the way you structure your thoughts.  It has been a beautiful journey that transformed me in ways I didn’t expect.

I always admired colleagues who spoke well and had an influence on the audience and for quite some time, I had been looking for a program that could help me do the same. I specifically wanted to work on building confidence, presenting with impact, articulation and storytelling and that’s what led me to Kapable. My expectations were high, but Kapable met them impressively.

There were a lot of sessions on the “thinkable” aspect where the trainers helped me structure my thoughts and generate ideas on various topics through a combination of different techniques and frameworks. Moreover, the entire course was tailored to my specific needs and areas of development which helped him work on the specific skills of my choice.  Using various formats and structures, I am now able to deliver impactfully and with confidence.

Recently, I had two significant instances where I could feel the improvement myself. The first was a town hall meeting attended by over five hundred people.  I delivered a speech using a number of techniques and frameworks which made it different from my usual presentations. I received positive feedback on how I was able to influence the audience and create a better impact.

The second instance was a business presentation delivered to a senior stakeholder. Although we are still awaiting final approval, the stakeholder appreciated the presentation and called it compelling and well-structured.

It has been a fulfilling journey. From structured thinking and delivery to understanding the workplace application, I was able to learn a lot. Kapable has been one of my best recent investments, as it changed my perspective on skill development.
