I’m Rajendra, a Senior Consultant Manager with 18 years in IT. My focus has completely shifted from information to impact because I began filtering what mattered, I spoke less but with more clarity, and most importantly, I learned to listen first, then decided what to say, and how much.

Group labs sharpened my speed and alignment. Being dropped into new teams with 3–5 minutes to align, structure, and present taught me how to set expectations quickly, read personalities fast, and move everyone toward a shared goal without wasting words. It was pressure, networking, and real skill-building at once.

Even in tough client conversations, I stay composed and structured now. I guide discussions instead of chasing them, and that shift has changed how people respond, from seeing me only as a technical expert to trusting me as a consultant who leads with clarity.

What changed? A lot. I no longer try to “say everything.” I pace myself, use silence, and tailor depth to the audience. I can step into any discussion, even outside my domain, and contribute with structure and calm. Clients feel the difference; leaders do too. If I had to put a single word on it: Adaptable.
