At this stage of my career, the challenge I was facing wasn’t really about external communication. It was more internal. I felt like I was fighting my own doubts. Somewhere along the way, I had started stepping back when I actually needed to be more visible and lead from the front. I knew I needed to regain that confidence and show up differently.

That’s when I came across this program.

The sessions helped me address something deeper than just how I speak or present. They helped me work through my internal barriers and reconnect with my own strengths. It was about rediscovering the belief that I could still lead confidently at a global level.

What stood out to me was the quality of the trainers. All three of them were excellent, and the way they guided the sessions made a real difference. The process didn’t feel forced or superficial. It felt thoughtful, grounded, and genuinely supportive.

Today, I sit here as someone who believes in myself again. I no longer see my past achievements as a one-off or a fluke. Reaching a global leadership role wasn’t easy, and this journey reminded me that I still have what it takes to operate at that level with confidence.

I’m genuinely grateful for the support I received. From the bottom of my heart, I thank the trainers who helped me make this shift. It’s been an important step in how I see myself and how I show up as a leader today.
