What effort is required weekly in

Kapable’s leadership program?

Kapable’s leadership program requires approximately 2.5 hours of structured sessions per week, along with intentional
application during your regular work. The time commitment is manageable. The engagement is deliberate.

Weekly Structure

Each week includes two components:

Both are essential. They serve different purposes and work together to create sustained change.

Individual Coaching Sessions

The 1:1 session is a focused, private working space built entirely around your professional context. By the time you enter the session, your coach has studied your role, goals, patterns, and prior discussions. The coach brings real workplace situations into the session, for instance, ongoing stakeholder tensions, high-stakes meetings, moments where visibility matters, or patterns that surface under pressure.

Together, you:

These sessions are not abstract conversations. They are practical, structured rehearsals grounded in your real work environment. As your responsibilities evolve, the coaching evolves with them.

Group Simulations

Leadership rarely unfolds in isolation. Group simulations replicate the complexity of real environments like ambiguity, competing viewpoints, emotional undertones, and time pressure.

In these sessions, you:

Simulations sharpen presence and influence in ways that individual reflection alone cannot. They create stretch, perspective, and pattern awareness in environments that feel close to reality.

The Mindset Required

The time investment is clear. The mindset matters just as much. Learners are expected to show up with:

Kapable is not about performance during sessions. It is about deliberate growth. When engagement matches the structure, progress compounds week by week.

Effort Beyond Sessions

The real leverage happens between sessions. You apply what you are working on in real meetings, conversations, and decisions that already exist in your week. There is no artificial workload added. The difference lies in how intentionally you engage with those moments.

You are expected to:

This continuous loop of application and refinement ensures that change becomes repeatable, not temporary.
