I’ve been a banker for over 25 years, based in Dubai, and have held many roles within the industry. My most recent and exciting role has been in change management. This role involves dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders, senior leaders with their vision, teams carrying out the work, and individuals impacted by these changes. It’s a dynamic mix, and I quickly realized that effective communication is at the heart of it all.
