Two frameworks that have particularly stuck with me are CARE and Mind Mapping. I now use the CARE framework to structure my thoughts in conversations, even outside of Kapable sessions. Another impactful framework was Pause Picture Present. The session focused on interview preparation by structuring my responses objectively on what truly matters. This newfound clarity has boosted my confidence, making my interview delivery more authentic and believable. This change in approach has had a noticeable impact on how others perceive me, making my journey with Kapable a valuable experience.
